In the Modern Society though people might treat men and women equally and yet women have to cope an extra to balance both family and work and yes you do find lot of people helping her in this process both professionally and personally, there are tons of other differences in the modern IT industry that we work in. Here every one is competitive and is ready snatch work from each other. I m talking from the perspective of majority of service based MNC's. Its cheap labor for them to invest in a diverse country like ours. They are not aware of the differences we have in our own society. They do propagate that they do not tolerate any kind of favoritism or differences in work, but down the line there s no one to micro monitor all these. At the end of the day all they care about is money and trust from their client. There exist no company which really do care about the welfare and benefit of their people.
