Slavery in disguise

In the Modern Society though people might treat men and women equally and yet women have to cope an extra to balance both family and work and yes you do find lot of people helping her in this process both professionally and personally, there are tons of other differences in the modern IT industry that we work in.
Here every one is competitive and is ready snatch work from each other. I m talking from the perspective of majority of service based MNC's.
Its cheap labor for them to invest in a diverse country like ours. They are not aware of the differences we have in our own society. They do propagate that they do not tolerate any kind of favoritism or differences in work, but down the line there s no one to micro monitor all these.
At the end of the day all they care about is money and trust from their client. There exist no company which really do care about the welfare and benefit of their people. Well literally are not their people, we are different to them we are from a different country all together.
It would have been better if they did not outsource work and we did not have to take out sourced work.Lot of bright minds waste their time here not knowing a way out of it.
For that to happen we need investors from our country who are keen to try out new invest on the products and ideas generated in our country.
I know its not easy because we do not have as much money as the first world countries, so we need not follow them and do the same to be called progressive or new era people.
Recently i watched Chanakya in which the depiction of early Mauryan dynasty made me think of India before any invasion, we were knowledgeable. We had  all kinds of natural resources in abundance,we were self sufficient and most were presumably happy(well happiness is a state of mind and one cannot assume everyone will be happy though you have the same things)
Why did we become so dependant on other countries for jobs, commodities and even food.
People working in different sectors like government and defense or any other Indian company may not empathize with me.
I m not against globalization. As i said even during Mauryan times people did visit India, the chinese, greeks. If the Britishers had not fooled us into trading with them , if we were careful enough to only trade with them it surely would have been different.
The luxury and comfort that the people of first world get is different from what a third world gets.
